Today was quite a day! I went to the Josh McDowell Conference & had a blast. Superchick provided the concert & their brand new cd's were being given away for only $5.. oh yea, you know I had to get it...lol. Anywho, I went there as an evangelism volunteer. That was the amazing part. I thought I was going to be nervous, but as the night went on, I began to realize that God was going to give me the words to speak out, & I had no worries. Around 200 people dedicated or rededicated their life to Jesus Christ!! It was so awesome to be a part of that. I absolutely loved it. Never thought I would though, ya never know what might come up. 
 Oh, and something that just came to mind & I've gotta share. The other day, I was talking to one of my guy friends. As we conversated, I noticed how he was cussing. I told him, you know cussing is a sin right? and he told me uhh.. it is? and i was like, yea. I told him this verse, "With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be."--James 3:9-10. And yes, even "omg" is bad. It just isn't right... i mean, what does cussing prove anyways? Do you think you'll be cool if you curse? Just cause everyone else is doing it doesn't mean it's right. Be a leader of what's right, not a follower of what's wrong.

I didn't think about this til just now, but here's what was discussed Wednesday night at church.

~SEX & ITS RESULTS~
"FLEE from sexual immorality. All other sins a man commits are outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."--1 Cor. 6:18-20

--if you're not, then don't have sex; it's that simple.
>>What is the cost? Are you willing to pay?
--no one has ever broken God's law without paying the cost (you reap what you sow)

*In 1996, 1 in 4 sexually active people had an STD
*Teens have 4 times a greater risk of getting an STD than pregnancy
*12,000 teens contract a STD a day
*80% of teens will live below poverty for 10 years (perhaps the rest of their lives)
*90% won't graduate high school
*In the '50's, only 5 STDs were known
*Today, we have 30 STDs; 30% are uncurable
*A bacterial infection is curable; a virus is not

*Abortion is murder!!!!
*2 million requests for adoption goes unanswered each year just in America (if you don't want the child, please give a family who can never have a child a chance, give that innocent baby a chance to live)
*God's capable of taking your worst pain & make something good come from it because of His amazing grace, His unconditional love, & His absolute forgiveness
*The only safe sex, is no sex at all; no protection protects 100% of the time
*Love is not sex & sex is not love!! (1 Cor. 13:4-7)

This is a pray that I prayed Wednesday night:
